Terms and Conditions

  1. The “Pacific West A Christmas to Remember 2023” contest (“Contest”) is organised by Pacwest Singapore Pte Ltd (“Organiser”).
  2. This Contest shall commence from 1st November 2023 to 31st December 2023 (“Contest Period”).
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, re-schedule and/or extend the Contest Period and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without giving prior notice.
  4. This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Singapore, currently residing in Singapore, aged 18 years old and above with a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (7-digits) at the time of participation of the Contest. (“Participants”)
  5. Employees of Pacific West and its subsidiary vendors, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who do not fall within the category of Participants and/or who are in breach of the Contest Rules and Regulations.
  7. Contest eligibility: To qualify for the Contest, Participants are required to purchase any of the Pacific West, Pacific Green or Subi products in a single official printed receipt during the Contest period.
  8. Submission of entries via Google Form
    Participants are required to snap a photo of their original receipt(s) and submit their details together with the photo to the Organiser’s contest Google Form at: https://forms.gle/XE5moNEVBVWJFuha7
  9. Multiple entries are acceptable, provided they are attached with a valid Point-of-Purchase (POP) receipt. Each POP receipt can be submitted only ONCE. Illegible entries with defaced POP receipts will be automatically disqualified.
  10. All complete entry forms received by the Organiser during the Contest period if approved by the Organiser, will be serialised according to the POP Table based on the POP submitted [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”].
  11. How to Participate
    Step 1: Purchase any of the Pacific West, Pacific Greens or Subi products worth SGD30 and above in a single receipt.
    Step 2: Snap a photo of your original receipt(s) and scan the contest QR code on the packaging to submit details together with the photo(s) to complete your contest entry. Alternatively, you can also submit here: https://forms.gle/XE5moNEVBVWJFuha7
    Step 3    : Follow and Like Pacific West Singapore Facebook and Instagram Page (@pacificwestofficial) where the winner’s announcement will be made. 

    Prizes
    Grand Prize (1 unit)
    One (1) winner shall be entitled to win one (1) 3D2N cruise trip inclusive of tickets and accommodation for 2 pax worth SGD2500
    Weekly Winners (20 winners/per week x 8 weeks)
    Twenty (20) winners shall be entitled to win one (1) SGD50 Vouchers

  12. Weekly prize winners will be declared each Wednesday. The grand prize winner, however, will be announced within two calendar months following the conclusion of the competition. All announcements will be made available on the Organiser’s official Facebook page at www.facebook.com/pacificwestofficial/  and on the Instagram page at www.instagram.com/pacificwestofficial/.
  13. The winner(s) shall contact the Organiser within fourteen (14) days (“Prizes Collection Period”) from the winner announcement date to arrange for the collection of the prizes at the time and venue decided by the Organiser.
  14. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis. Prizes and/or unused portions of the prizes are non-transferable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable for cash, vouchers or other items, in part or in full.
  15. All entries will be the property of the Organizer and the Eligible Contestants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Contest, each Eligible contestant agrees to provide an image of themselves with the winning prize and the Organizer reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the Eligible Contestants and/or winners together with the winning prize as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Contest, the Eligible Contestants and /or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the contest. Eligible Contestants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
  16. Failure to claim the prizes within the Prizes Collection Period shall result in the winner(s) being disqualified by the Organiser and prizes will be forfeited.
  17. Under special circumstances and subject to the absolute discretion of the Organiser, a Winner may nominate a designated representative to collect the Prize on their behalf. The representative will be required to present a written authorization letter from the Winner and photocopy of Winner’s NRIC (front & back).
  18. The Organiser shall have absolute right to substitute the prizes with any other prizes of similar value as determined by the Organiser at any time without giving prior notice.
  19. The Organiser hereby disclaims all liabilities towards the quality and life span of the Prizes including technical failure and malfunction. Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner(s) without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
  20. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organiser in all matters relating to this Contest (including the selection of the winners) shall be final and binding. No correspondences will be entertained.
  21. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and for redemption of prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  22. By participating in this Contest, all Participant(s) agree and acknowledge that the Participant(s) have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contest.
  23. The Organiser shall have the absolute discretion to cancel, add, modify or amend the terms and conditions of the contest as they deem fit without giving any prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will supersede the existing terms and conditions with immediate effect.
  24. Any images or pictures used in promoting this Contest are purely for illustration purposes only.

 

Privacy Notice Pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act 2012

In compliance with the laws of Singapore, the Participants hereby consent and authorize the Organiser to collect, process, safely keep the required details and to disclose the Participants’ personal details to the related parties involved in organising this “Pacific West A Christmas to Remember 2023” Contest. Any withdrawal of the Participants’ consent given shall be made in writing and received by the Organiser before the expiry of the Contest Period and in such event, the Participant(s) shall be deemed to have withdrawn from this Contest.
